Tender description

The Children’s, Schools and Families Directorate (CSF), within Surrey County Council, is facing significant performance challenges. These are evidenced by a number of internal evaluations and improvement plans which ultimately stem from the most recent Ofsted report. The performance issues identified are being addressed in a number of ways such as reviewing resources and cementing relationships with key partners across the system. We are looking to procure a programme for our Senior Leaders, which will focus on developing the culture and behaviours of our leaders to provide inspirational leadership to a Directorate of 4000 staff. We are expecting that the programme will last approximately a year and will be for the CSF extended leadership group, approximately 25-30 people working at both the individual and small group level. We will expect the programme to commence in October 2016, and that conversations and the design of the programme will be undertaken in August and September. Surrey County Council reserved the right to award more than one supplier.
