Tender description

NHS England (London Region) currently commissions Central and East London Breast Screening Service (CELBSS) to screen women age 50-70 years (47 to 73 years where they are participating in the age extension trial funded directly by National Screening Office) on a three yearly basis. Central and East London is not currently participating in the Age Extension Trial. Commissioned by NHS England, CELBSS provides surveillance for women at a high risk of breast cancer, where MRI and mammography is provided for women in a wider age range and on a more frequent basis.
