Market Engagement Opportunity: Kent Registration Service is the area within Kent County Council that deals with the registration of births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships. Kent Registration Service provides the Registration Service on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley for the Bexley Registration District. Bexley Register Office is based at Danson House, Danson Park, Bexleyheath DA6 8HL. Danson House is a Grade I listed building, and up until March 2016 was open as a historic house open to visitors. Now, it is the location for Bexley Register Office and heritage tours will continue to be offered by the Council on Sundays. Kent Registration Service is intending to go out to market shortly for a service provider to run a tea room facility at Danson House. The building has a fully working industrial kitchen and a separate space that has been used as a café. Kent Registration Services will be holding an open day at Danson House on 7.7.2016 for interested parties to view the building and its facilities.
