PVCu extrusion material and window/door furniture tender 2016

Tender description

The Supply of PVCu Extrusion for Doors and Windows and Associated Window and Door Furniture Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) is a housing association with a Manufacturing division who manufacture PVCu windows and doors for our properties and external clients/companies. PCH are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and highly experienced supplier/manufacturers of PVCu Extrusion and Window/Door Furniture. Lot 1 will be the extrusion to fabricate PVCu doors and windows and Lot 2 will be window/door furniture. You may bid for either or both lots. PCH are seeking to appoint one successful supplier/manufacturer for the PVCu door/windows and one maybe two suppliers for the window/door furniture. Interested suppliers should have a strong track record of delivering best practice on similar contracts and be able to proactively support our business needs. The contract period will be 2 years with an option to extend annually thereafter due to performance up to a maximum of 5 years for both lots. The approximate annual value is; Lot 1 UPVC extrusion – £400k approx. Lot 2 window/door furniture –£ 100k approx.
