Project no 1454 – Replacement of Boiler Plant at Friars Primary School, Southend on Sea

Tender description

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to supply, install and commission replacement heating plant and all associated works. Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract. Please submit your request to tender no later than 12 noon on 6th July 2016. We anticipate the tenders will be sent out on 6th July 2016 with a return date of 27th July 2016. If you do not receive the tender documents by the anticipated tender date please contact us. The proposed commencement date of this project is 15th August 2016 and we anticipate a 4 week programme of works.
