Replacement of the existing concrete tiles with Britmet 'Slate 2000' 0.9mm lightweight metal roof tile in titanium grey to match phase I. Replacement of the rooflights with Velux Integra Solar - centre pivot with photovoltaic solar cell, built-in rain sensor and radio frequency control pad to match those installed in phase I. Existing lightning protection to be removed as necessary to accommodate the works then refixed and retested following completion of the roofing works Flat Roofs: Strip and recover with high performance felt incorporating insulation to meet current building regulations. New refurbishment outlets to be installed to all internal rainwater downpipes. Fascias, soffits & RWGs: To be repaired and redecorated and new powder coated aluminium gutters and downpipes to be install.
