Tender description
On 30.4.2012, the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets (Council) entered into an Operational Services Agreement (OSA) and a Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA) both with Agilisys UK Limited (Agilisys) in respect of the provision of information, communications and technology services (Services) for a term of 7 years further to a competitive dialogue procedure under reference R3886 (together Contracts). The OSA centres mainly on the operational mechanics of the parties' obligations and the SPA sets out, in the main, governance and strategic objectives of the partnership. The contracts interconnect with 1 another.
