Tender description

This contract will be replacing the existing "2/1305 National Distribution Centre (NDC)", which is due to expire at the end of March 2017. This will be for a warehouse/ storage facility and for the replacement "Third Line" support contract. The NTLC is likely to require facilities for a new "Technology Test Centre”. It is planned that the length of contract will be 3 years, with two 1 year extension options (3+1+1). Highways England has just sent a Prior Identification Notice (PIN) for publication. We are aiming to start the Tender Stage later this Summer (2016) with the publication of an OJEU Notice, following the "Open Procedure". We are considering using the NEC 3 Term Service Contract: https://www.neccontract.com/
