Tender description

We wish to engage a supplier to deliver the Fulfilment and Mailing Services for next 2 issues of Cardiff University's alumni magazine, Cardiff Connect. We would prefer to work with a company with experience of complicated mailings and/or experience of working within higher education. We also require the company to provide the required level of project management to ensure the publication is delivered on schedule and to a high quality. The next issue is due to be ready and mailing completed no later than 31.10.2016. We anticipate the following issue to be ready for delivery in Spring 2017. Bidders are asked to complete the attached evaluation spreadsheet and provide pricing for the fulfilment and mailing of both issues with prices to be fixed for the duration of the agreement.
