Tender description
The works comprise the complete refurbishment of the Magee Gate Lodge including the demolition and alterations of parts of the existing structures, removal and replacement of floor, wall and ceiling finishes including siteworks and drainage together with Mechanical & Electrical Installation Works. The Gate Lodge is a listed building, together with its adjoining gates, walls and railings (HB Ref No. HB01/22/009 B). It is anticipated that the works / contract period will commence in September / October 2016 with project completion by March 2017. The successful contractor will be required to prepare a detailed programme of works.
