Tender description
The contract is for a design and build development delivering new housing for affordable rent, shared ownership and market sale. ELBC is seeking to employ a single contractor to undertake the Design and Build of 27 new build homes consisting 5 town houses and two apartment blocks providing domestic accommodation. There are 6 unit designs and 2 specification levels for the purpose of sale or rental. Associated infrastructure and communal areas such as but not limited to, roads, parking, underground services, landscaping and play areas are included in the project scope of works.
