PROVISION OF CHLAMYDIA SCREENING SERVICE Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (“The Council”) invites tenders, subject to the following conditions, for the provision, upon the terms and conditions of a Contract included in Appendix 3 of the Invitation to Tender (ITT), for the provision of a Chlamydia Screening Service. The service specification is included in Appendix 1– Service Specification of this ITT. The Council will be using an open procedure for this tender. Submitted ITTs will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria and methodology outlined in this ITT. The Council will award the contract on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
