ISHA - Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishment works

Tender description

It is intended that the contract will commence in April 2017, & subject to annual reviews, run for a period of five years with the option,decided by ISHA, for an extension of up to a further five years. The maximum duration of the contract is ten years. The annual estimated value for the works is 1,400,000 GBP. The contract works can include but are not restricted to responsive repairs to domestic properties and void refurbishment works, including associated repairs. ISHA reserves the right to introduce additional works and services into the Contract during its term. The Contract will initially operate as a repairs and maintenance contract however ISHA reserves the right to move to either a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) or Joint Venture (JV) model during the term of the Contract. Additionally, ISHA reserves the right to bring the Contract to an end early and transfer the services to its DLO if it considers this appropriate.
