To undertake the removal of the existing multi-use games area fencing, flood lights and block wall replacing it on the existing bitmac pad with a new ball court facility, undertaking any necessary reinstatement to the tarmac pad and upon completion marking out with anti-slip thermoplastic paint lines new ball courts. In addition, creating a new access point and undertaking soft landscaping to create an grass seeded earth bank up to the level of the bitmac surface.
