Incubation Space for the BSEEN Project

Tender description

To agree a contract with one provider for the provision of office space as to be detailed in the brief/specification. The chosen establishment must provide a fully serviced space inclusive of all business rates within a three mile radius of Birmingham City Centre. The opportunity for networking and free training to users of the incubation space is also a requirement. General/Overall contract specification Criteria; • Area - Office space with area of approx. 675-815 sq. ft. • 24 hour access and security • Availability of Car parking space(s) for staff • Fully manned reception • On- site Post Room Service • On site IT Support • Access to shared kitchen facilities • Access to on-site shower facilities • Access to onsite coffee shop • Lift access to all floors • Wireless internet for participants • Swipe card access for staff and participants • Access to on-site meeting and conference facilities for training and mentoring sessions • Access to free of charge networking and training events • Access to on-site car parking and bicycle facilities • Free Wi-Fi access for all • Ability to use office address for a registered business address free of charge for a minimum of 12 months
