HS2 Circular Economy Opportunities

Tender description

High Speed Two (HS2 Ltd) intends to procure a Contract to identify existing work linked to circular economy and additional opportunities and evaluate and prioritise these to understand where further embedment of circular economy principles can deliver value for the programme. We require a strategic assessment that: • places the business case at the heart of the study; • focusses on specific changes that HS2 Ltd. can implement (as opposed to generic approaches) ; and • identifies opportunities which would deliver quantifiable cost savings to HS2 Ltd. We require a Supplier who is able to demonstrate they have the ability to advance beyond our current position and understands what the circular economy can bring to HS2 and who can bring innovative thinking to the topic, beyond standard solutions and generic approaches.
