Tender description

Essex County Council (ECC) is looking for suitably experienced providers to deliver a Community Rehabilitation and Structured Intervention Service for people with substance misuse issues. The service will provide highly intensive community treatment as a more effective alternative to residential rehabilitation. This service will incorporate the structured psychosocial elements of the existing Structured Intervention Service and provide a robust platform from which these will be delivered. The contract duration is expected to be 7 years with an estimated available budget of 950 000 GBP per annum. Being classified as Health and Social Services, this procurement is being tendered under the Light Touch Regime.
