Tender description

The Council's main park in Hemel Hempstead is Gadebridge Park which is located on the outskirts of Hemel Town Centre. The Council are looking to carry out some improvements to the park including a new playground, a new splashpark and improvements to the Park Bridge which is Grade II listed. The Council have been given a budget for all the works and we need to investigate costs involved in all 3 areas to identify what level of investment can be put into the playground and splashpark. The Bridge needs strenthening and refurbishment works carried out and this is the first area we need to understand to then see what budget is remaining for the playground and splashpark. The Council are looking to discuss this with suitably qualified companies to understand what works and timescales are involved and what the budget implications are likely to be.
