Tender description

The Alliance of High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council wishes to appoint a qualified and competent Energy Assessor to undertake the statutory provision under ‘The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD)’ to provide Display Energy Certificates; DEC Advisory Reports; and Air Conditioning Assessments, to a number of public buildings across both councils, as necessary. Invitations are requested from suitably qualified and accredited non domestic energy assessors. Assessors must belong to a scheme approved by the Secretary of State under the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive Regulations. Floor plans, contact details and further information will be provided to the successful tenderer.
