Tender description
Design and build development of 27 residential apartments and houses for affordable rent, shared ownership and market sale. The contract is for the design and build development of new housing for affordable rent, shared ownership and market sale. Ealing Council is seeking to employ a single contractor to undertake the Design and Build of 27 new build homes consisting 5 town houses and 2 apartment blocks providing domestic accommodation. There are 6 unit designs and 2 specification levels for the purpose of sale or rental. Associated infrastructure and communal areas such as but not limited to: roads, parking, underground services, landscaping and play areas are included in the project scope of works.
