The Project is for the development of a new leisure facility, including sports and leisure facilities, 25m pool, minor pool, fitness area, spa facility, café, associated changing and ancillary areas, external covered pitch, wheel park, play area and bike track located on the Dairy Hall playing field site. Location The site is located on the existing Dairy Hall playing fields in Newtownards. The main site access will be from John Street, Newtownards.
