Arlington Novas (Ireland) Limited, T/A Novas intends to invite submissions from companies / professionals with expertise and capability in the delivery of consultancy services within the construction industry. The framework will include a panel of consultants related to but not limited to planning, architectural, quantity surveying, engineering. This would involve the establishment of a competitive multi-supplier national framework with the possibility of division into lots. This process is a statement of potential contracts for the next 24 months but is not a commitment to purchase. Novas does not require a response to the Prior Information Notice.
