Tender description

A number of multi supplier frameworks for the supply of all catering and hospitality requirements including: (i) Catering (canteen) services where food and beverages are prepared, cooked (where appropriate) and served on-site; (ii) Hospitality services where food and beverages are prepared, cooked (where appropriate) and served on-site; and (iii) ‘Free issue’ of tea and coffee and other associated items. The Contracting Authority/OGP is conducting the Competitions for Framework Agreements using a procedure akin to the open procedure and in accordance with the Directive 2014/23/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the award of concession contracts (the ‘Concessions Directive’). As the Services are specified in Annex IV of the Concessions Directive, only limited provisions of the Concessions Directive are mandated pursuant to Article 19 thereof.
