Dumfries and Galloway Council wish to establish a Ranked Framework Agreement of training providers and consultants who can deliver training and/or specialist advice on a range of business support related topics. To provide businesses with a better understanding of negotiation in business and the skills needed. To provide businesses with a better understand of pitching. To provide businesses with an understanding of Change Leadership. To provide businesses with an understanding of how time management can benefit their business. To provide business with an understanding of strategic business planning. To provide businesses with an understanding of how personality profiling can benefit their business. To provide businesses with an understanding of how succession planning can benefit their business. To provide businesses with an understanding of how managing conflict in the workforce can benefit their business. To prepare businesses for conducting a strategic review of their business. To provide businesses with a better understanding of how to access external investment. To prepare businesses for creating a marketing plan. To help businesses understand the power of branding. To provide businesses with a better understanding of how income, expenditure, pricing and cash-flow can be used to grow their business. To provide businesses with a better understanding of how to put together a funding package. Brief to be drawn up by personal adviser and client. Methodology defined by the consultant however support will be delivered within a 4 week period with a follow-up 6 months after the formulation of the Strategic Plan. External investment including, but not limited to: grants, business angels, venture capital, banks, private equity.
