Tender description

Leicester City Council is looking to put in place a framework with a single supplier to provide multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, led by an experienced Programme Director, with a proven track record in multiple sectors, i.e. Education, Housing, Highways, Transport, Public Realm and Economic Development. The Council expects to deliver a significant portfolio in excess of 100 000 000 GBP of major capital and development projects to support the City Mayor's and the Council's vision to improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of the City. Funding for the delivery of the projects may to be provided by several sources, including potentially Leicester City Council, the UK Government and/or the European Regional Development Fund, and the team will be expected to comply with the rules and regulations associated with this funding.
