Tender description
Newcastle City Council is currently carrying out extensive refurbishment of the Civic Centre Newcastle and has recently completed a pilot proposal to determine and confirm requirements for the remainder of the Block 3. The next phase of the refurbishment involves the completion of a further six floors in the tower block (Block 3) and we are looking to carry out a procurement exercise for the chilled beam manufacture and supply. The comfort cooling scheme for the recently completed 9th floor is based on a recessed active chilled beams.
