Fingal County Council, as lead buyer, proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Multi-Party framework agreement for the delivery, installation, maintenance, upgrade and support of Web-casting Services to Fingal County Council, South Dublin County Council, Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, Roscommon County Council and Galway City Council. The framework agreement will be established with 5 operators and for a period of 4 years with the initial contract to Fingal County Council alone, running for a period of 5 years subject to annual review.
