Tender description

You are invited to submit a fixed price, lump sum tender for the External Works: T-Block Walkway project. The project comprises the resurfacing and associated landscaping works of the external walkway area between the B-Block and T-Block buildings to the Universities main campus. The project is expected to be let to a Main Contractor under the JCT Design & Build Contract (2011). The project comprises, but is not necessarily limited to, the following elements of work; all detailed design work, demolition and stripping out works, groundworks, civil engineering works, drainage, hard landscaping, soft landscaping and street furniture in accordance with the drawings, specifications and all other documents included as part of the tender documentation.
