Supply of a Mobile Catering Van for Warwick Conferences

Tender description

Warwick Conferences is renowned for its service and the quality of its food and now require a van that has been converted to provide mobile catering facilities. The vehicle needs to be highly versatile and will provide a comprehensive range of services both on campus and at a range of off-campus events. This is the Invitation to Tender Stage. Please ensure you read the Invitation to Tender documentation carefully. Deadline for the submission of tender responses is Midday 12:00 hrs 7th July 2016 You must submit: One electronic copy of the entire tender response via the In-Tend website (please clearly label the title of all electronic files uploaded). Two hard copies of all direct technical and commercial information in response to Part Two - The Goods and Services Requirement. Two hard copies of all commercial information in response to Part Three - The Commercial Requirements. All correspondence regarding this tender procedure should be made through the University of Warwick In-Tend system via the “Correspondence” functionality. Failure to do so may result in the correspondence being excluded from the tender procedure.
