Tender description

Newport City Homes are looking for a number of recruitment agencies to provide us with suitable candidates to fill our roles on either a temporary or permanent basis. We are looking for a variety of disciplines that will suit the Housing sector. Please note this will run as a Framework on a Ranking system of 1 - 3. Trades will consist but not limited to the following: Carpenter; Electrician; Plumber; Heating/Gas Engineer; Caretaker; Cleaners. The following disciplines will be required for this lot: Stock Condition Surveyor; Maintenance Surveyor; Asset Surveyor; Project Surveyor; Quantity Surveyor; Technical Co-ordinators, Inspectors and Managers (Asset, Property Works, Capital Works, Energy and Compliance, Estates and Maintenance, Special Projects). This lot will cover but not limited to the following: Customer Services Advisor; Property Services Administrator; Energy and Compliance Administrator; Asset Administrator; Call Handlers; Income Recovery Administrator; Works Planner. This lot will cover but not limit to the following: Tenancy Management Assistants/Officers; Tenancy Support Assistants/Officers; Lettings Assistants/ Officers; Resident Liaison Assistants/ Officers; Resident Engagement Assistants/ Officers; Community Investment Assistant/Officers; Regeneration Assistants/Officers; Scheme Managers; Scheme Support Workers; Supported Housing Assistants/Officers; Income Recovery Assistants/Officers.
