Tender description

Tyne and Wear Passenger Transport Executive, trading as Nexus proposes to let a contract in April 2019 in relation to its Metro network. Whilst the structure and requirements of the contract remain subject to change, Nexus anticipates that the contract(s) will involve the procurement of new rolling stock and may also include the financing of the rolling stock and aspects of Metro operations. This notice is published to satisfy the requirements of Article 7(2) of EU Regulation 1370/2007 in the event that the contract includes a requirement for operational services.
