Tender description

Minor remedial works to small bridge structures (10 in total) at various sites owned and maintained by South Lakeland District Council. Examples of work required includes: - Steelwork preparation and repainting - Removal of defective concrete and concrete repair - Replacement of timber deck & parapet - Repointing to masonry within bridge and abutment construction The winning contractor will be expected to provide all necessary working platforms to undertake works, including all temporary works and other requirements for working within watercourses, including liaison and obtaining consents etc. Please see Tender Documents and individual Specifications for each respective bridge for full details.
