Tender description

High Speed Confocal Imaging Platform for Confocal, laser-based wide-field, TIRF and single molecule localisation imaging. Multi-modal imaging platform, reusing a Nikon TiE body, perfect focus system and automatic scanning stage, 20, 40, 60 and 100X objectives, capable of: — Imaging samples which are 800µm through to 50nm; — Imaging at speed in high resolution (pixel size 6,5µm or 13µm) and high sensitivity modes; — Imaging biological samples at 9fps, full frame at high sensitivity mode and 2fps in high resolution modes, for all magnifications on the system; — Achieving speeds of up to 400fps; — Imaging Confetti, Zebrabow or Brainbow type Optogenetic reporters in-live tissue; — Simultaneous acquisition of 2 fluorescent labels to separate cameras for Ratiometric analysis for Fucci photocovertable probes; — Image 6 fluorescent channels separately; — Single molecule localisation microscope (PALM / STORM) in 3D or single molecule / TIRF imaging; — 3D live cell imaging.
