Tender description

Medway Council’s Category Management are running this tender on behalf of Medway Norse who wish to select and appoint suitable Contractors for the provision of Maintenance and Repair or a Fully Inclusive Service over 4 lots of Lot 1 Fire Alarms, Lot 2 Security Equipment (Intruder Alarms / Access Control & CCTV), Lot 3 Air Conditioning and Lot 4 Lifts. The proposed contract will have a length of 5 years (60 Months) with a provision to extend by a further 2 years (24 Months). The contract will be with Medway Norse and run from a proposed start date of 1st May 2016 to 30th April 2021 with a provision to extend to 30th April 2023.
