Tender description

Insurance Broker Services including amongst other things the provision and servicing of a risk financing programme; dissemination of best practice; a single risk transfer solution; participation in Consortium Management, Insurance Group, Working Group, individual member and any ad-hoc meetings; general advice; assistance with tenders for insurance services and the renewal of risk financing contracts; statistical reporting; identification and development of potential new markets for Police risks including alternatives to risk financing; renewal services; general day-to-day guidance and administration. In addition to the suggested range of services above, some members or the consortium may purchase additional menu services such as full tendering for insurance requirements. The contracting authority is leading this potential procurement identified at II.1.4) above on behalf of South East and Eastern Region Police Insurance Consortium (SEERPIC) forces currently Norfolk, Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Thames Valley. The PIN is to notify the market that a pre tender supplier engagement event will be held at Suffolk Constabulary HQ on Wednesday 27.7.2016. This event will allow SEERPIC to explain its requirements and to gather the views of suppliers.
