Housing related support services enabling independent living for people in North East Lincolnshire. North East Lincolnshire Council has lotted its requirements into nine specific lots. 1 Support for people with offender history 2 Support for people with multiple complex needs for example with a propensity to exhibit chaotic behaviour 3 Support for general multiple needs 4 Support for people experiencing domestic abuse 5 Support for young people 6 Support for young people 7 Support for single people and families 8 Support for older people 9 Support for people with mental health needs Tenderers may submit bids for one, several or all lots. The council will be evaluating each lot independently, Offers must be submitted on this basis. Housing related support is an approach that helps to prevent homelessness and provides people with the tools and skills to move to and maintain independent living in their community within the borough of North East Lincolnshire, reducing reliance on statutory services such as costly health and social care interventions. The support needs may be of low, medium or high level and will be offered in supported housing, accommodation based such as hostels, or floating support to people in their own accommodation regardless of tenure. It is also provided as a means of addressing emergency situations, e.g. domestic abuse refuge and homeless accommodation.
