Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) are looking to establish a new framework for the servicing, maintenance, repair and installation of heating systems including gas fired, solid fuel and alternative sources such as air and ground source. Due to the geographical spread of our Members eligible to use the established framework we have decided to split the works into the following core regional geographical lots: Lot 1 Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire; Lot 2 Lincolnshire; Lot 3 Leiscestershire and Northamptonshire; Lot 4 Greater London. An additional Lot has also been made available for Members who have properties across the whole of England and Wales. Lot 5 National Coverage. A full description of the Lotting strategy is available in the tender documents. Works will be across a range of building types including tenanted and void domestic and commercial properties. Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) are looking to establish a new framework for the provision of services related to heating and hot water systems. This Lot is for our members who have properties within the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire regions. The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: — Servicing, maintenance and repair of gas fired central heating systems; — Servicing, maintenance and repair of alternative heating systems such as oil, solid fuel, air source and ground source systems; — Installation and upgrading of gas fired heating systems; — Installation and upgrading of renewable technologies such as air source and ground source heat systems; — Periodic Inspection Testing; — Smoke and carbon monoxide detector checks; — Any additional elements associated with the works listed above. Contractors are able to tender for any number and mixture of the 4 core regional lots. However please consider the resources you have available and only apply for Lots that you are able to provide the required service level. Consideration should be given to the eventuality that you may secure a place on all lots applied. A full description of the lotting strategy is included in the tender documentation. The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: — Servicing, maintenance and repair of gas fired central heating systems; — Servicing, maintenance and repair of alternative heating systems such as oil, solid fuel, air source and ground source systems; — Installation and upgrading of gas fired heating systems; — Installation and upgrading of renewable technologies such as air source and ground source heat systems; — Periodic Inspection Testing; — Smoke and carbon monoxide detector checks; — Any additional elements associated with the works listed above.
