Tender description

One You Leeds will focus on utilising a range of psychologically informed behaviour change approaches to support client led goal setting and action planning to achieve lifestyle behaviour change goals. The Service will provide healthy living interventions and activities that focus on the following modifiable lifestyle behaviours: smoking, physical activity, healthy eating and cooking skills in addition to working with clients to address barriers to successful and sustained behaviour change. The One You Leeds Service forms part of the Leeds Integrated Healthy Living Service alongside the Family Healthy Living Programme. The One You Leeds is a services contract. Further description of the procurement procedure shall be published on YORtender in August 2016.
