Tender description

North Yorkshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to implement an Approved Provider List (APL) for the provision of Support Services to the Prevention Service including Children's Centres in North Yorkshire. The Approved List will run in 2 phases: — Phase 1 — establishment of the approved list, this phase will have a deadline for return of submissions. Service providers have the option to return within this deadline (21.7.2016, 12:00 noon). — Phase 2 — live Approved Provider List, once the list is established, the application process will reopen and any service providers will have the opportunity to submit an application at any time up until the end date of 31.3.2022. There will be no limit on the number of service providers who wish to apply for this APL. All service providers who meet the minimum criteria will be appointed onto the APL. The Approved Provider List will go live from 1.1.2017 and operate for a period of 63 months. We are running this under the Light Touch Regime.
