Tender description
To commission a District Wide day shelter service to work with individuals who are homeless or in immediate danger of becoming homeless. Individual's immediate health and well-being needs will be assessed and appropriate action taken to start to address these. The support provided will be short term (up to 6 months) and based on assessed needs and have time bound goals. Service users will be supported to access support that address their immediate emergency accommodation needs. The service will have a capacity to work with up to 100 individuals (average presentations per day) at any 1 time.
