Tender description
SCC’s first point of telephone contact and email contact is currently delivered through a contact centre run by a joint venture company with IBM called Southwest One. This contract will end on 30th November 2016 at which time the contact centre will return to SCC operation. Prior to this date, SCC will need to replace its existing IEX workforce management (WFM) solution. Keywords: Contact center
