Tender description

UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) helps businesses export and grow into global markets and help overseas companies locate and grow in the UK. UKTI operates in over 100 markets globally. To support its objectives, UKTI holds and participates in events and missions globally. UKTI requires services to support the delivery of a programme of targeted and innovative events and missions to increase the number of 1st time exporters by 100 000 the value of exports to 1 000 000 000 000 GBP and foreign direct investment (FDI) stock to 1 500 000 000 000 by 2020. In the period up to 2020 UKTI expects to deliver c.350 events to c.30 000 delegates, across 30 sectors and 50 priority markets. UKTI is preparing for a potential procurement to contract with a service provider or providers who are able to support the events that UKTI may engage in. The services may include (but not limited to): — Event coordination and management; — Event design and delivery; — Delegate recruitment and management; — Audience insight including recruitment strategy; — Marketing and PR for events; — Content development and management; — Technical production; — Logistics management; — Brand — design and production; — Management of brand assets and stock; — Event digital services; — Sponsorship activation and management; — Supply chain management; — Event evaluation process including capture of business outcomes for participants; — Evaluation management and reporting; — Financial management and reporting; — Provision of programme MI; — Payment collection and processing.
