Tender description

- the purchase of gas and electricity on the energy markets through robust procurement procedures compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations such as, but not exclusively, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Procurement activities to include document preparation, invitation of tenders, evaluation of offers and preparation of recommendation reports; - collection and cleaning of supply and consumption data; - invoice, bill validation such as collection, validation and analysis together with connection issue resolution; - portfolio management activities including maintenance of utility portfolio, meter readings as requested by HHL and tenancy charging activities.
