Digital Advertising Framework Agreement

Tender description

The London Borough of Harrow is seeking the provision of a service concession framework for use by other public sector bodies (Other Contracting Authorities), to appoint multi suppliers to deliver promotional marketing advertising through the use of the its website(s). The procurement is being undertaken using the open procedure. Expressions of interest must be made via the Council’s procurement portal at https://www.londontenders.org and pre-qualification questionnaires shall be available from 21st June 2016 with a closing time and date of 10.00 am. on 22nd July 2016. Access to the documentation for this procurement and any enquiries or requests for clarification of any matters arising should be made solely via the E-tendering portal (https://www.londontenders.org).
