Tender description

A residential developer is required for the proposed residential development on the Stratford Waterfront site at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The London Legacy Development Corporation (‘LLDC’) is the mayoral agency responsible for the long term planning, development, management and maintenance of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (‘QEOP’) and its facilities after the 2012 Games. This Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) is to notify the market that the LLDC plans to hold market sounding exercises to further develop its understanding of the market for the residential development on the Stratford Waterfront site at the QEOP.
