Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy Services are sought for a proposed development involving the construction of 66 No. dwellings, consisting a mix of unit types including 1 No. apartment type adapted for use as a community facility, within a brownfield site in Cork City. The service will involve the design of sub-structures, superstructures and all related site development works, and will include the provision of a Resident Engineer and all associated Building Regulations certification.
