Tender description

120 bed development for the National Rehabilitation Hospital at Rochestown Avenue, Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin. Design and construction of 120 bed ward accommodation incorporating ensuite bathroom facilities, ancillary ward support spaces, therapy, social and recreational areas, hydrotherapy, sports and fitness facilities as Dun Laoghaire Co. The contracting authority reserves the right to carry works out in phases or to proceed to carry out the works as 1 overall project only.
