Tender description
The Local Authority seeks to consolidate Statutory Advocacy Provision as set out in the Mental Capacity Act (2005) and the Care Act (2014), with additional advocacy services for adults outside of these statutory requirements. The Local Authority also seeks to procure advocacy services for eligible Children and Young People. These will be offered as two separate lots (further details below), and we welcome bids from either a single provider or a consortium of organisations working in partnership.
