Tender description
The City Council have a requirement to procure the services of a suitably qualified Contractor in the treatment of the City's road and foot-ways to control weed growth. The City Council has a duty under the Highways Act 1980 to maintain the Highway infrastructure provided in the City, reducing accidents and also improving the visual amenity.
