Tender description
The Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) is Ireland’s independent energy and water regulator. The CER was established in 1999 and now has a wide range of economic, customer protection and safety responsibilities in energy. The CER is also the regulator of Ireland’s public water and wastewater system. The CER currently wishes to install a legal case management system to assist the in-house legal department with legal matters. The system must be an end-to-end case management system with full document management, time recording and accounting capabilities. A detailed specification of the requirements is set out in Section 2.
